Transit Policies & Procedures Templates

The Alabama Department of Transportation’s Transit Section offers these templates as guides to assist subrecipient Agencies in preparing their individual policy and procedure manuals. These Transit Policies and Procedures are not meant to replace or overwrite any current policies and procedures that Agencies have already adopted. Instead, the policies and procedures included on this website are templates for Agencies to use when developing or revising their own policies and procedures. Agencies will need to customize each template to reflect their individual practices. It is understood that not every policy or procedure will apply to every Agency.
